T1 has released a documentary about its VALORANT team, titled ‘Born to Be,’ on its official YouTube channel.

This is the second documentary T1 has released this year. The two-hour-long feature takes fans on a journey through T1’s rise from being the second-best team in the Pacific region at the start of the 2025 VCT season to becoming the best in the entire world after winning Masters Bangkok.

The documentary offers a behind-the-scenes look at T1 VALORANT’s preparations, along with in-game team comms on stage. Fans can relive Buzz’s iconic English trash-talking moments, including his legendary “Who’s the best team in Korea now?” directed towards DRX.

T1 had come close to winning VCT trophies multiple times in the past but always fell short. Even during Pacific Kickoff 2025, they lost to DRX in the Grand Finals. Heading into Masters Bangkok, they weren’t among the favourites, but the team defied all odds, defeating the final boss, G2 Esports.

The team fought as if it was the last match of their lives and delivered one of the most unforgettable Grand Finals in VALORANT’s history.

‘Born to Be’ captures the highs and lows of T1’s journey, showcasing how, despite setbacks, the players and staff never stopped believing in themselves until they finally lifted the team’s first VCT international trophy.

The documentary has received an incredible response from the community, with fans calling it one of the best esports documentaries they’ve ever seen.

“One of the best documentaries I’ve seen. T1 VALORANT content team, thank you for your hard work in creating this amazing docu!! We loved every moment of it,” an X (Twitter) user wrote.

“I was moved to tears while watching it. Congratulations on winning again, and let’s sweep up all the remaining trophies!” a YouTube user commented.
